You may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item. Approved returns will qualify for an exchange or refund.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Note: Sale items, pre-ordered, custom-made, or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Request a Return
Complete the RETURN FORM with your order number and reason for the return.
Email the completed form to info@kulamscouture.com.
Await instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
No fragrance, perfume, or odor on the fabric.
Tags and labels must remain intact.
The garment must not be washed.
The item must be free of makeup, stains, or visible damage.
Shipping Costs
Kulams Couture does not cover shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Customers are responsible for:
Shipping the item back to us.
Shipping costs for the replacement item in case of an exchange.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item:

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
