A Visionary in Nursing & Fashion

Deborah Iwuchukwu is a dynamic professional whose journey blends a deep commitment to healthcare with a passion for fashion. Born and raised in Rivers State, Nigeria, she began her career in nursing at the Rivers State School of Nursing, Port Harcourt. She later earned a professional diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Studies from Coventry University, UK, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Diabetes from the University of South Wales, UK. Deborah is a licensed nurse in Nigeria and three other Western countries, with her current practice based in the United Kingdom.

Beyond her distinguished nursing career, Deborah is the visionary founder of KULAMS COUTURE LTD, a luxury menswear brand redefining modern men’s style. Her love for fashion began in 2009 when she trained in female fashion design but paused to pursue further education. Her passion reignited when she became the creative force behind her husband’s custom wardrobe, refining his personal style. This journey led her to launch Kulams Couture in Nigeria in 2024 and in the UK in 2025. Known for impeccable tailoring and attention to detail, the brand continues to grow under her leadership.

Deborah is also a devoted wife and mother, seamlessly balancing her roles as a nurse, entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Her story is one of resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
